Position Overview:
Work in fast-paced, call center environment, scheduling and assisting customers with home delivery of their order(s).
Handle high-volume of inbound and outbound calls, and provide support in other call-center/customer service capacities.
Work with business partners to assess customer needs/concerns and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions to ensure a world-class customer service experience.
Effectively communicate with customers/care centers via email, researching and responding to inquiries as needed.
Accurately maintain and update order tracking systems, appropriately documenting all transactions and pertinent interactions.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Detail oriented with ability to multitask and problem solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers.
Strong telephone etiquette and written/verbal communication skills.
Must possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
Must be able to communicate with many customers each day, maintaining composure under workload and pressure.
Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook.
Availability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
