Summary:
The successful Quality Manager provides leadership, guidance, and direction to the leads and associates in the assigned departments in order to encourage and gain support toward meeting corporate objectives.
This position is accountable for developing tactical and strategic plans (on both the departmental and facility level) and constantly improving safety, service, quality and cost objectives.
This position oversees activities of multiple departments and has multiple leads and associates as direct reports.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering or related area 4
years of progression in a high volume - highly automated distribution environment.
Technical experience in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office suiteAbility to delegate and manage projects and activities in a time sensitive environmentExcellent written and oral communication skills.
Exceptional ability to deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations to all levelsQuality certification a plusFurniture experience is preferredWilliams-Sonoma, Inc.
