National Accounts Inside Sales Specialist

A well-established and growing company is looking for a National Accounts Inside Sales Specialist. Job Description: Manage National Accounts customers by working with corporate contacts and field representatives daily Quote new trailers on a daily basis to our customers Spec new equipment applications (recommendations) upon customer request Some travel (very limited) is expected with this position Field inquiries from Corporate Leasing Managers and Lease Account Managers regarding orders in the backlog Interface with Corporate Leasing staff and Lease Account Managers to process revisions to P.O. so $ amount matches company invoice Work with end users regarding: spec, delivery, & subcontracted work AS400 data entry retrieval Coordinate with vendors who supply materials and installation for subcontracted work. Make sales calls with Account Managers to the end users & maintain good relationships with our customers & their customers (end users) Work with Sales Coordinators & facilitate their completion of the TPO When issues arise during production, must work with the Factory, Engineering, and/or Drafting toward a resolution Update customers, as needed, on the status of their orders Make arrangements for outside purchasing of items, including the requesting of quotes from vendors & dealerships Create DQS Quotes and orders for specific assigned accounts as necessary Work with Cost-Estimating & Purchasing departments on Bills of Material Requirements: Exceptional listening skills College degree Excellent communication skills (both oral & written) Extensive negotiating skills Reasonable computer skills (Microsoft proficient) Ability to communicate & interact at all levels of an organization Strong analytical & problem solving skills Must display a high degree of emotional maturity while keeping difficult situations in proper perspective If you are interested, Apply Now! The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
