The Paid Promotion Specialist's day to day tasks may include campaign creation, keyword optimization, audience development, ad copy creation, PPC strategy development, and tactic selection across various channels (Google, Meta, Amazon, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
) necessary to meet the company's performance goals for new subscribers, reach, engagement, leads and sales.
Working closely with web-product owner, analyze and provide recommendations on website structure and conversion rate.
All scope of work must be done in two languages - English & SpanishResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Paid Promotion Specialist will be creating ad copy and banners meeting Google & Meta guidelines.
Utilizing all formats for each ad to increase reach and conversion.
Working with Google Ads to ensure continued campaign performance increases through advanced optimization and fine-tuning.
Identify which campaigns need to be stopped or which should be added.
Perform A&B testing, ensuring that ads are relevant, well presented with clear messages and driving leads to the organization.
Conducting and reviewing keywords, audience, & bid research and budget management, ensuring ads are targeted to the most relevant audiences/search queries/etc.
Audit of the website and advertising account to determine whether they are relevant and performing well.
In parallel, the specialist notes what can be improved on the pages so that they are highly convertible, suggesting to add CTA, prices, putting a USP on the first screen, etc.
Provide feedback and recommendations on website and product catalog structure, so it is relevant to keywords and formation of ad groups.
Setting up and fine-tuning Google systems:
GA, Google Ads and GTM to evaluate the effectiveness of various paid advertising channels.
Work with Call Tracking system to ensure 100% lead tracking with correct sourcing.

We also offer a total compensation package in addition to base salary.
QualificationsBachelors' Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any Marketing / Technology related field.

years of proven SEM, Meta Paid experience across Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and/or other channels.
Experience with website analytics tools, Call Tracking instruments and CRM systems to track performance.
Google PPC and Meta Blueprint certification is preferredStrong attention to details, result oriented and thinking through the numbers; strong analytics, tracking and reporting skills.
