We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Assistant Plant Controller to join our dynamic team.
This role is integral to our financial operations and requires a professional with a strong understanding of cost accounting, plant accounting, financial reporting, and monthly reporting.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) and SAP (System Applications and Products) and will be responsible for managing the financial performance and operations of our manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Assistant Plant Controller, you will be expected to:
1.
Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
2.
Conduct regular financial analysis, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to senior management.
3.
Oversee the plant's budget, perform cost analyses, and implement cost control measures.
4.
Collaborate with plant management to optimize financial performance and strategic position.
5.
Ensure compliance with internal control procedures by understanding all current and emerging regulations.
6.
Assist in the development of financial strategy, KPIs, and forecast to align with the company's strategic goals.
7.
Support month-end and year-end close process.
8.
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure company-wide consistency in financial reporting.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
A Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus.
2.

years of experience in cost accounting, plant accounting, financial reporting, and monthly reporting.
3.
Proven experience in the CPG sector, with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and cost structures.
4.
Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is a must.
5.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
6.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, including GAAP.
7.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial data to non-financial colleagues.
8.
Highly detail-oriented, with strong organizational and planning skills.
9.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence senior management.
10.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
